Be Right There Podcast
Hey Mama, I’m happy you’re here! :) Are you feeling overstimulated? Do you love being a mama to your precious littles, but the never-ending cycle of cooking, cleaning, and crying is wearing you down? Are you struggling to spend time with the Lord and grow in your faith while managing the chaos of life? Are you tired of trying to keep up with all the momfluencers you see online, always swiping up for links, programs, and tips that promise to make your life better? Maybe you find yourself thinking, “I’ll be right there!”—I’ll lose those 15 lbs! I’ll manage my home perfectly! I’ll start working out regularly and eating healthily! “I’ll be right there!” all while looking around and feeling like you’re being left in the dust by all the mamas you see around you actually “doing it.” Well, ME TOO. Hi, I’m Sunni Raitz, mom of 2 and self-proclaimed self-improvement addict. My friends have dubbed me the “go-to girl” for all things information. Want to know random facts about baby-led weaning, home decor, or the benefits of grounding??? I got you. I’ve listened to hours of podcasts, read countless blogs, taken online courses, and more, but even with all this information, I’ve STRUGGLED to find peace and contentment. Until the Lord told me, “Sunni, just BE RIGHT THERE. Take life one day at a time. SIT and LISTEN before you GO and DO.” In this podcast, we will go on a journey together (I’m in the middle with you) to learn how to slow down and “Be Right There” today. We will find ways to connect with the Lord in the chaos, create simple, healthy homes, and change our mindset of perfection and striving. The mission of this podcast is to encourage YOU. I want to be a friend you can turn to who fills you up and gives you a heavenly perspective on how to steward your heart and home. I will share practical tips, resources, and ideas that will not bog you down but build you up. I’m creating this because I need it! I want us to discover where true contentment comes from and how to achieve it in our hearts and homes. If you’re ready to Be Right There and learn to steward your heart and home, you’re in the right place. Grab your headphones, start the dishes, and tune in! hey mama,
Feeling worn out, weary, or like you're running on empty? This short and practical episode is your gentle reminder that strength doesn’t always come from striving—it comes from praise. Drawing from Colossians 3:16, Psalm 100, and Psalm 22:3, we’ll talk about how lifting your eyes and lifting your voice—even in the chaos of motherhood—can shift your atmosphere and fill you with fresh strength. You’ll walk away with simple, doable ways to weave praise into your everyday life (yes, even with little ones at your feet). If you’re low on strength, maybe it’s time to lift up some praise.

Hey Mama,
In this episode, I’m sharing a simple but powerful phrase the Lord spoke to me during a time of overwhelm: “Make Time for Short Tasks and Long Conversations” I unpack what that’s looked like in my everyday life as a mom and how it led to this freeing reminder: make time for short tasks that bring order and long conversations that bring connection.
This episode will help you evaluate what "getting things done" actually looks like and hopefully bring some freedom.

Hey Mama,
In this episode, I’m speaking directly to the mom whose house is never still, whose brain is constantly buzzing, and who is craving a little bit of quiet—not just outside, but inside. Maybe you're desperate for a “quiet time” with God but it feels impossible in this season. I get it. I am right there with you.
Here’s what I cover:
Why we need to shift our expectations of quiet times—and what to do instead
How to find micro-moments of stillness (even in the chaos)
Simple cues and rhythms that invite peace into your day
How to invite the Holy Spirit into your loud, ordinary, messy moments and and ask for daily bread
This episode is a gentle reminder that God is not waiting for you to be calm and collected. He’s right there in the middle of your mess, and He wants to meet you in every diaper change, carpool run, and toy-strewn floor.
